Boho Luxe Sailcloth Wedding Styling

We are super excited to share our recent sailcloth styled shoot with you.  This Boho Luxe sailcloth wedding styling was created at our recent viewing weekend at Cattows Farm. It was the first time we had the Sailcloth up since 2019 and we were so happy to be back out in the field doing what we love. As well as welcoming you all along.

We had our Two Pole Sailcloth on show, with styling pulled together by Cathy from Boelle Events and her team of local suppliers. Cattows Farm has the most stunning open space and natural surroundings and our Sailcloth compliments it perfectly.

Grace and Mitch Photography captured the shoot with these gorgeous photos. And Jasper from Yellow Glove created this fab video. So scroll through for heaps of inspiration, as well as more on how this styled shoot all came together.

Naturalistic Styling

Cathy from Boelle Events is the mastermind behind this styled shoot, bringing together a team of local, skilled suppliers to create her vision in the Sailcloth tent.

She aimed to create a bright but calming look in the Sailcloth to compliment the natural surroundings of Cattows Farm.  She used soft white tones and natural textures to bring the look together.

Cathy has a signature Bohemian edge to her styling, which she brought to this shoot with her Indonesian inspired decorations.  Including the fringed Safari place mats, rattan statement petal chairs for the bride and groom and wooden beaded chandelier.

Also, Cathy is a big advocate for making sure everything that she uses is sourced locally and sustainably.

We love the simplistic touch that she has created here, with a really naturalistic theme that lets the Sailcloth stand out and show itself off perfectly.

Sustainable Flowers

Maria from The Flower Patch added her touch to the space with her gorgeous florals.  With subtle pops of pinks and peaches as the centre pieces for the tables, combined with raised floral displays on the round tables. Her florals really added to the calm and dreamy look that Cathy wanted to create.

As well as Cathy, Maria is a big advocate for sustainability in her work, growing a lot of her flowers in her own garden.  Her floristry is inspired by nature and the changing seasons, with many of her flowers being British grown. As well as all being handpicked and arranged herself.

A Few Finishing Touches

Alongside Maria’s florals, Frankie at Bewilderly Signage created gorgeous calligraphy and name cards. The beautifully neutral stationery complimented the Sailcloth styling perfectly.

In addition to this, Edie from The Thread Tamer created two stunning bespoke macrame lanterns, which are a perfect fit for the naturalistic styling theme through the Sailcloth.  They hung alongside Cathy’s wooden beaded chandelier to create a show stopping hanging feature through the middle of the Sailcloth.

Lisa from The Old Manor House Bakery made a beautifully simplistic cake to finish off the styling details.
