A tipi wedding is unique and unlike any other, the interior and atmosphere is magical. You can design the space your own way and Jodie is always there to give practical advice. We were lucky enough to have our wedding reception in our garden, it was so exciting to see them arrive two days before the big day, and we had plenty of time to get them ready. It didn’t rain but part of us wished it had, I’m sure the sound of the rain on the canvas would have added to the atmosphere. A brilliant and professional team – Craig managed to fit two tipis into a challenging garden space aroun trees and flower borders and Jodie guided us through our wedding planning with experience, kindness and patience.

“After lots of deliberation, communication with the suppliers themselves and comparison of costs we decided to book Sami Tipi. We chose them because their website gave us so many amazing ideas (not to mention their insanely good pinterest boards!!), the furniture they could offer was the best and the communication we got from them (answering our endless questions) was so great! And boy oh boy, did we make the right decision. In the lead up to the day, Jodie was always available to answer questions that we had and always went above and beyond to help us. Jodie put together layout ideas and site maps, liaised with our other suppliers to make sure that they had everything that they needed and got excited with us about our plans! When we were having portable toilet confusion, Jodie took this problem off our minds completely by sourcing us our very own tipi-coloured toilets, she arranged delivery and collection which was a huge relief as we’re not toilet experts! During our 6 month and 6 week planning meetings we went over every detail to make sure that nothing was left to chance, and this meant that on the day everything went unbelievably smoothly! We also LOVED that Sami Tipi invited us to attend their open days and evenings, giving us the opportunity to see the tipis in both the light and dark to help us plan our day better. These events were so amazing to see the tipis full of people enjoying themselves made us see how we could decorate and lay out the tipis for our wedding. We could not have asked for more from a tipi supplier who were not only our tipi supplier but our style gurus and supplier coordinators!! Jodie and Craig are the absolute tipi dream-team!
