A Tuscan Dream: Bringing Boho Luxe to a Tipi Vineyard Wedding

This styled shoot brought the warmth and charm of Tuscany to the Tipis at Hanwell Wine Estate to, despite what can only be described as a drizzly spring day! We handed over the space to Bryony of Bobbi Wren Events, who transformed it with her signature boho luxe style to a tipi vineyard wedding of dreams. Dusky pink drapery, soft florals, and vibrant pops of colour filled the tipi, creating a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe. The result was a romantic, Mediterranean-inspired space that felt effortlessly elegant and enchanting, no matter the weather.

The Sweet Heart Table

The sweetheart table was framed perfectly by soft pink drapes. The table was dressed in luxe dusky pink fabrics, with tall vintage peacock chairs adding a fun boho twist. A striking floral arrangement mirrored the bouquet. Couples choosing to have a sweet heart table, find it a perfect cosy spot to not only have time together, but also watch their guests enjoying the day.

The Table Scape

The tablescape struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and soft elegance. Bare Nordic pine tables showcased their natural beauty, while textured table runners added warmth and character. In contrast, a few tables were fully draped in flowing tablecloths, and the blend of the two styles complemented each other perfectly, keeping the space feeling soft and inviting.

The florals, created by Sophie of Big Day Blooms brought the tables to life. Urns were overflowing with large-headed roses, tulips, and ranunculi, accented by whimsical touches of Astilbe and Limonium. Dusky pink fabrics, tall glass candlesticks, and rosebud-pink and sage taper candles added height and reflected the twinkling lights of the tipi. Together, these elements created a romantic and relaxed vibe, seamlessly blending the rustic and luxe for a stunning relaxed setting.

Treat Table and Welcome Station

As guests entered the tipis, they were greeted by an inviting treat table and welcome station that set the tone for the day. The station featured a stunning three-tiered cake with piped florals. These blooms mirrored the fresh flowers used throughout the space. Wine crates were stacked displaying bud vases and candles. A grape-detailed welcome sign tied in the vineyard vibes, while a floral burst and soft pink drapery framed the entire setup.

This area didn’t just look good—it felt warm and welcoming. The blend of rustic wine crates and delicate florals by Sophie created a perfect balance, making it the ideal first stop for guests before they explored the rest of the tipi.

Statement Arch: The Ultimate Showstopper

The floral arch was a true standout piece, designed to be repurposed throughout the day. From framing the ceremony to making a bold statement behind the cake table, its blend of flowing pink drapes and striking florals ensured it was a focal point at every stage. This versatile arch was more than just décor—it was a key feature that brought continuity to the event, effortlessly transitioning from a ceremony backdrop to a stylish photo opportunity and later enhancing the reception space. Perfectly in tune with the romantic styling, it added both beauty and functionality to the day.

Fashion and Jewellery

The bridal fashion was timeless, featuring a sophisticated A-line gown with a bardot neckline and detachable cathedral train. The groom’s soft wool suit in dark sage, paired with a natural sandstone waistcoat, added a relaxed yet elegant touch. To complete the look, matching gold wedding bands and delicate stacking rings with pink jewels and diamonds added a subtle sparkle to the bride’s ensemble.
