Dan & Vicky’s Sami Tipi Wedding

Real Wedding Wednesday – Dan & Vicky

Dan and Vicky got married in five our of giant hat tipis, which was our biggest tipi build of 2015 making it a great challenge for the team too.

The celebration took place at the family home. Dan definitely took a lead on planning the tipi aspect of this wedding, he meticulously planned out the ground space that the tipis and guest village were going to sit on, allowing the grass to grow around the area but leaving walkways through to the tipis, outdoor games and bell tent village – this was all captured perfectly by Gary from Gary Shoots A Wedding.

The tipis looked stunning, as you entered you were greeted by a large LED blossom tree and all of the vertical poles in the tipis were covered in our twinkly fairy lights. On the tables were beautiful flowers sat within rustic crates, Dan had also hand crafted the light up letters that acted as table names, in the evening these were used to spell out their names as a feature piece, this all tied together perfectly. The evening went off with a bang with a breathtaking fireworks display.

Congratulations Dan & Vicky

What Dan and Vicky had to say about Sami Tipi

“From start to finish the experience with Sami Tipi was excellent. They were very informative, helpful and flexible during the enquiry and organising stage. They represented good value in relation to similar providers. They were very prompt and efficient with the erection and dismantling of the Tipis. All the staff we met who worked for Sami Tipi were very polite and helpful. We would recommend Sami Tipi to anyone!!!”
