Wedding Day Management for an Outdoor Wedding
Introducing our Wedding Day Management service is exclusive to our Sami Tipi couples. This is something that we have been asked for over and over again from those that have felt a little overwhelmed about how the actual wedding day will run.
Jodie, in addition to supporting our couples through their planning journey, will also be able to provide an on the day coordination and management service to those couples that may not have this as part of their venue hire.
We understand that planning a wedding is not easy, let’s be honest it is quite likely you’ve never done this before. In addition, planning an outdoor wedding adds in even more layers to this.
Our tipis and sailcloth are a complete blank canvas for you to tailor to your personality. This means bringing together a unique team of suppliers from scratch, from caterers and band, to stylists and bartenders. Wedding Day Management in a nutshell is the glue that keeps all of those suppliers working together as one team.
Jodie will be there on your big day, working quietly in the background to lift the pressure off your shoulders. She’ll keep everything running to schedule, make sure your suppliers are all on the same page, and discreetly handle any unexpected hiccups—so you don’t have to. Her role is to ensure your day flows seamlessly, just as you envisioned it.

Full-Day Management – 10 hours
This may include:
- Welcoming and coordinating suppliers
- Ensuring supplier setup is on track
- Welcoming and guiding guests
- Being the primary point of contact for guest and supplier queries
- Checking power
- Opening up toilets
- Ensuring the day is kept as closely to schedule as possible
- Any final set up of items including stationery and signage
- Ceremony set up and the support of relocating this
- Arrival drink station set up
- Management through dinner service
- Assist with first dance and cake cutting
- Coordinating evening food arrival
Investment from £1300
The service is flexible in arrival time to suit the schedule of your day, and includes dealing with any additional behind the scenes requirements and smoothing over any last minute changes.
Wedding Day Management is there to lift the pressure off of you, allowing you and your family time to enjoy the day.
Why Do I Need Wedding Day Management?
Laura and Tom planned to have their ceremony in the stunning outdoor grounds of their venue. However, the weather had other ideas! Beth was booked to provide our Wedding Day Management service and upon arrival quickly got to work ensuring the ceremony went ahead in the stunning indoor tipi space instead. Beth set up the ceremony area on the dance floor ready for guests arrival, so that our bride and groom didn’t have to worry about rushing to get this done.
“Sami Tipi were brilliant from start to finish. We started planing in April, with Jodie and Beth’s help we managed to get it all planned out fairly quickly. We had an outdoor ceremony (on the hottest day, in August!) we hired 3 tipis, a catering tent and 2 glamping tents. The Sun was out all day, the tipis were decorated beautifully, and we definitely could not have done without Beth. She did an amazing job of managing the day for us. We highly recommend Sami Tipi.
