You definitely don’t want to see your closest family and friends NOT enjoying themselves. Or even worse, going home early and missing most of the party because the venue’s a big disappointment.

- FREE Tipi Planning Consultation – You will be personally guided by our tipi party hire experts and helped to discover exactly what you need for the size and style of your tipi party and the practicalities of bringing your amazing vision to life.
- Exclusive VIP Event Invitation – After deciding to work with Sami Tipi, you will be invited as our VIP guest to come and see our wonderful tipis in action. Get a feel for how stunning they’ll look and some inspirational ideas for your day.
- Tipi Planning Meetings – You will be invited to two planning meetings where you’ll be able to keep us updated with exactly what you want for your tipi party, from the all important internal decorations to finer details such as seating plan ideas and needs.
- Everything Set Up – You’ll arrive at your party location to find everything in place and ready to use, just as you’d imagined. With our meticulous setup process, you will be free to focus on the fun parts of decorating your tipis and of course, getting ready for your big party.
- Enjoy Your Special Day – As your guests arrive they’ll be just as impressed as you are. Once night falls, enjoy watching the transformation of your tipi space as the fairy lights take hold and your celebration space becomes even more magical.
Tipi Parties FAQs
If you are looking to have your celebration in your own garden space, this is possible. We are always happy to visit your chosen site and discuss the options with you.
Alternatively, if your garden isn’t quite suitable then we have a selection of beautiful venues across the Midlands that can provide the perfect setting for our tipis. We have sites in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands. We are able to travel up to an hour and a half from our location in Swarkestone, Derby. This means we are only ever 90 minutes away from you and your venue if we are needed.
If you are looking to have a garden party, you may choose to use hour house toilets. However, if you are trying and keep the party independent from the house we can organise toilet hire for you.
To make your tipi party function, you will require power. The Tipis use LED lights so the power requirements is very low. If you are having an intimate garden party you may choose to plug this into your main supply. If however, you have lots of suppliers with power requirements it would be advisable to hire a generator – this is something that we can organise for you.
If your location is new to us, we will need to conduct a site visit. Here’s how the process works:
Virtual Site Visit:
– Initially, we will work with you to look at the site and review its feasibility through a virtual site visit conducted together on Zoom.
– During this session, we will assess key aspects such as site access, and space to ensure it meets the requirements for your chosen structure.
Physical Site Visit:
– Based on the findings from the virtual site visit, if a physical site visit is required we’ll book this in. Not every site will require a physical site visit.
– One of our expert installers will visit the location to conduct a thorough inspection and finalise the setup plan.
