The Largest Sami Tipi Showcase
The Outdoor Wedding Show is the largest of our showcase events we host throughout the year. This is your opportunity to see two different tipi setups, which also means two different styles in the tipis giving you lots of inspiration for your own outdoor wedding.
Two Giant Hat Tipis with Chill-Out Tipi
The first of our setups will be two giant hats with chill-out tipi. Cathy from Boelle Events is leading the styling on this, working closely with Maria from the Flower Patch and Jasmin from Ivy Oak Design Stationery. Last year the team created a fun “Welcome To The Jungle” theme and I can promise you fun, colour and creativity again this year.
Three Giant Hats
The second set up will be three giant hats. Often there can be a deliberation between having three giant hats or two and a chill-out tipi, so by showing you both options you will be able to make a better decision on how you see your tipi space working for you.
Lesley from The Rustic Wedding Company will be leading the styling in here. Last year she created a very romantic “Tuscan Love” theme and we can promise you Romance and pretty detail again. Working with here will be Once Upon a Time Flowers, Belmont Cakes and Stationery from Rose Press.

If that wasn’t all, we have plenty of activities to take part in, including flower crown making from The Flower Patch and get yourself inked at the temporary tattoo stand.
Tickets and Timings
With so much to see and enjoy, we want your experience to be leisurely to allow you the chance to take everything in and be able to talk to the suppliers you wish to talk to. For this reason we offer two different entry times on both days, 11am and 1.30pm – this steadies the numbers coming in making it a more enjoyable experience for you.

Tickets to the event are FREE, all we ask is that your register for your tickets so that we can ensure there are enough goodies for everyone attending.
