Bring the Family

If you have key family and friends you wish to bring along they are always welcome. This can often help them to get a real sense of how you are looking to celebrate, which can be far off what they may have experienced before.

The event is free to attend and we promise to spoil you the Sami Tipi Way

You will receive complimentary hot drinks of tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Mocktails and Bar Banter from Mambo Mobile Bars. And a special thank you gift for taking the time to talk to the Sami Tipi Team

The canvas will be open from 11am to 3pm on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May. We are also offering appointments throughout the day giving you dedicated “talk time” with a member of the Sami Tipi Team. You are welcome to spend as much time as you wish enjoying the tipi space and talk to the other suppliers supporting the show.

The venue is one of our Derbyshire wedding sites called Cuttle Brook. Located at Old Hall Farm, Swarkestone, Derbyshire, DE73 7JB.

Alternatively you can register for an open ticket, which allows you to drop in anytime between 11am – 3pm on Saturday or Sunday. Giving you the chance to have a good look around the tipis and chat with the suppliers.

Why Book in a Viewing Time?

Our showcase events are super popular, which means they can get busy. As a team we do not get the physical time to talk to everyone and not everyone gets the dedicated time they need to have their questions answered, which makes us sad :0(

Well, we want more for you;

YES we want you to experience the tipis

YES we want you to sample delicious food

YES we want you to sample mocktails

YES we want to overload your senses with gorgeous wedding styling and florals

But the biggest YES is we want to give you dedicated time to talk through all your wedding plans and ideas.

For our show this March, we are offering you to chance to reserve dedicated time with a member of the Sami Tipi Team. We’re allowing 25 minutes for these, of course you can talk for less or more, but we wanted to offer you the time to get all those questions answered.

Spend as much time as you like experiencing the Tipis

In addition to your dedicated time you are welcome to spend as long as you wish experiencing the showcase. There will be so much to see and take in you will naturally want to spend longer with us.
