All the basics are taken care of as standard. You know: seats to sit on, tables to eat off, lighting so you’re not all bumping into each other and, of course, the all-important dance floor.
And if you want all those special extra touches, we work alongside some of the best venue dressers in the business. These experts will work with you to create a truly magical venue for your celebration.
If you have your own creative ideas you’re in luck. Once the basics are in place, our Tipis really are a blank canvas so you can truly knock your guests’ socks off with your own personal theme.

How many tipis do we need?
We’ve put together some guidelines on the likely number of giant hats you’ll need for your event depending on how many guests you’re expecting to celebrate with you.
The guidelines are there to make sure you have plenty of room to move about, but won’t feel like you’re all rattling about in
a space that’s too large. Naturally, we’ve taken all those extras into consideration like your dance floor, band, bar and a table for your cake.
We’re really flexible, so the best way to pin down your requirements is to have a talk with our team. We’ll be delighted to put together a detailed quotation for you, based on your exact requirements of people, space available etc.
And we don’t do hidden extras. The price you see on our quote includes full set- up and removal of your Tipis and all the relevant equipment.

How much will it cost?
Our fully-inclusive prices start from just £2,500 per tipi. This includes your Tipi hire, dancefloor, tables, chairs, lighting and, of course, setting up and taking down. As a guide our couples spend between £16,000 – £60,000 overall on their wedding celebration.
If you’re happy with that starting point, then get in touch and we’ll talk about the options and extras you’ll want to make your celebration unique (a real flame fire-pit on a cool evening, for example, always goes down well!)
Don’t panic about getting everything perfect straight away. We work with you flexibly as your plans develop, so you’ll be sure to have exactly the venue you want to delight your guests, your parents and, of course, yourselves!
